Ghanshyam Anand is an experienced software engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently working as an SDE at Mindera India, he has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Coding Ninjas, where he gained expertise in designing and implementing applications using Ruby on Rails, Angular, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets CSS. Ghanshyam has a passion for learning new technologies and is always keen to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field. He is proficient in AWS, SQL, and web development and has a strong understanding of software engineering principles. During his tenure at Coding Ninjas, Ghanshyam was involved in several key projects, including the development of the Teaching Assistant Management System, Doubt Management System, and Placement Counsellor and Engagement Manager system. He also optimized the workflow of course project submissions of students and assignments to different teaching assistants using the Round Robin Algorithm. Prior to his stint at Coding Ninjas, Ghanshyam worked as a Software Engineer at Jagan Institute of Management Studies(JIMS Rohini), where he played a key role in system design and database design of coworking site project basic architecture. He was also responsible for creating an admin panel for the property owner to list their property on the website and accepting payment from the local market using the Paytm payment gateway. Ghanshyam holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies), and a Bachelor's degree (BCA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(Siri Fort College of Computer Technology and Management). He also has a background in Business/Commerce, General, having completed his schooling from Titiksha Public School.
